Interested in transferring to a university once you’ve graduated? Then you need to attend the Spring Transfer fair Tuesday, April 18th! Colleges from all over Washington will be there to answer your questions and talk about programs they offer.
Speaking from experience, nothing is more important than making sure the college that you want to attend has the right program to meet your needs. While some schools are wonderful and have the college environment that you’re excited to join, remember that if they are not offering you the skills you need for your direct field of study, you may want to consider a different university.
This event will start at 10:00am in PUB 161 and give you the power and time to browse the universities that want you to join them. I encourage you to gather all the information you can, find a quiet space, and take your time to read everything from the admission requirements to the resources they offer. (The resources are essential to your success, so make sure they have resources that you will take advantage of).
Additionally, Clark is fortunate to offer Direct Transfer Agreements (DTA) with many of the universities in Washington. That means that students who earn an
Associate in Arts, or a Direct Transfer Agreement degree will typically be able to transfer to a Washington university with junior standing. For more information on the schools that Clark collaborates with and the requirements, head to this link: Direct Transfer Agreement
We look forward to seeing you there!
