Culinary Arts Program

Just about everyone is now aware that the Culinary Arts program is on hiatus while Clark revamps and updates the program. Well, if you have been up in Gaiser Hall, you would see that the program is well underway. The old building has been torn down to make room for a state-of-the art culinary facility.

While the building isn’t up yet, we have architectural renderings of the new space, and it looks incredible. There will be both an indoor and outdoor dining area, glass walls to give customers the chance to see the food production, and a multitude of food options. 495531-clark-culinary-upd2

This program will offer both a baking and cuisine focus, which will include how to manage a restaurant, preparing a variety of food options, and teaching valuable customer service techniques for a fast-paced work environment.

Additionally, if you are interested in learning all the program offerings that Clark will have, join us for an upcoming 495531-clark-culinary-updatinformation session. All will take place in PUB 161 at 6pm, lasting for about an hour.
